Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

Join our customer support team to help customers with their car rental experience. You'll be the voice of Carman, helping customers book vehicles, resolve issues, and ensure they have an amazing experience.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Help customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Document customer feedback and common issues
• Collaborate with operations to resolve partner-related issues
• Contribute to our knowledge base and FAQ content
• Meet response time and satisfaction targets
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in French and Arabic (English is a plus)
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have

• Experience in travel, automotive, or rental industries
• Multilingual (Spanish, German, or other languages)
• Experience with CRM systems
• Background in hospitality
• Experience in startup environments
