Operations Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our ground operations in Morocco. You'll manage relationships with our partner garages, ensure service quality, and help scale our operations as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships
• Onboard new partner garages and rental agencies
• Ensure service quality standards are maintained
• Handle escalated customer issues and partner disputes
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with the tech team on operational requirements
• Manage local logistics and vehicle inspections
• Build and lead the local operations team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of operations management experience
• Experience in automotive, rental, or logistics industries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluent in French and Arabic (English is a plus)
• Experience with CRM and operations software
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Casablanca

• Experience in marketplace or platform operations
• Knowledge of the Moroccan automotive market
• Experience with fleet management
• Background in customer experience
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
