Business Development Manager - Netherlands

About the Role

The Netherlands offers a sophisticated travel market and strong digital adoption. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to build partnerships with Dutch car rental agencies, from Schiphol to Rotterdam to Maastricht.

What You'll Do

• Acquire car rental partners across the Netherlands
• Build a pipeline of prospects including independent agencies and regional chains
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements
• Develop strategies for key markets (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Schiphol, etc.)
• Meet quarterly targets for partner sign-ups and revenue
• Foster strong, long-term partner relationships
• Monitor the Dutch car rental market and competition
• Collaborate with internal teams on partner success

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
• Native or fluent Dutch speaker with professional English
• Experience in travel, mobility, or automotive sectors
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-starter comfortable with autonomy
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands (30-40%)
• Based in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or major Dutch city

Nice to Have

• Existing network in Dutch car rental or travel industry
• Experience with marketplace or platform sales
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Understanding of Dutch business culture and travel trends
