Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help us make data-driven decisions. You'll analyze customer behavior, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer, booking, and operational data
• Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Identify trends and insights to drive business decisions
• Support pricing optimization and demand forecasting
• Conduct A/B test analysis and experimentation
• Collaborate with product and engineering on analytics needs
• Maintain data quality and documentation
• Present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of data analysis experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau)
• Strong statistical knowledge and analytical thinking
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplace, travel, or automotive analytics
• Knowledge of pricing or revenue management
• Experience with dbt or modern data stack
• Familiarity with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Background in economics or quantitative field
